Aniplex and Type-Moon released a new web commercial for the Fate/strange Fake anime on YouTube, previewing the opening theme song “Provant” by SawanoHiroyuki[nZk], Jean-Ken Johnny (MAN WITH A MISSION), and TAKUMA (10-FEET). As shown in the web commercial, the Fate/strange Fake anime continues on January 3, 2026 with episode 2, which was delayed from its original 2025 release and run.

Crunchyroll will continue to stream the Fate/strange Fake anime with episode 2 “Ensemble VS Pretense” with English subs and dubs. Currently, the Fate/strange Fake Whispers of Dawn special and the first episode are streaming on the platform.
What’s more, Fate/EXTRA Record, a remake of the original Fate/EXTRA, will launch in spring 2026 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. One of the key characters in this remake is Arcueid Brunestud, the main heroine of Tsukihime -A piece of blue glass moon-.
