Aniplex and Type-Moon announced the Fate/strange Fake anime has been delayed to January 3, 2026. Aside from being delayed, a new trailer for Fate/strange Fake confirms that SawanoHiroyuki[nZk], Jean-Ken Johnny (MAN WITH A MISSION), and TAKUMA (10-FEET) are performing the opening theme song “Provant.”

Crunchyroll will continue to stream the Fate/strange Fake anime with episode 2 “Ensemble VS Pretense” with English subs and dubs. Currently, the Fate/strange Fake Whispers of Dawn special and the first episode are streaming on the platform.
What’s more, Fate/EXTRA Record, a remake of the original Fate/EXTRA, will launch in spring 2026 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. One of the key characters in this remake is Arcueid Brunestud, the main heroine of Tsukihime -A piece of blue glass moon-.
