Koei Tecmo and Kou Shibusawa have revealed Romance of the Three Kingdoms 8 Remake with Power-Up Kit for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC in the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu. The game launches on January 29, 2026 for 10,780 yen in Japan, and the “Power-Up Kit” can be purchased as a standalone upgrade for 4,730 yen.
Romance of the Three Kingdoms 8 Remake with Power-Up Kit includes several new content additions and features. These features include Gems to further enhance abilities, the dramatic Turning Points system in combat, five additional fictional scenarios, and additional traits. What’s more, there were various improvements, including significantly improved combat and tempo, algorithm revisions, UI enhancements, and more.
Romance of the Three Kingdoms 8 Remake launched on October 24, 2024 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam.
