Capcom has announced that Resident Evil Requiem already surpassed 2 million wishlists across all platforms nearly four months ahead of the game’s worldwide launch. The wishlists milestone proves that millions of gamers have Resident Evil Requiem on their radars in anticipation of what could be one of gaming’s busiest months next year.
Resident Evil Requiem will release on February 27, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam. This past June, we had the opportunity to experience hands-off gameplay of Resident Evil Requiem at Summer Game Fest.
In Resident Evil Requiem, protagonist Grace Ashcroft, an employee of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, is set to journey back to where it all began: Raccoon City. Players will have the option of choosing between first and third-person perspectives, which will allow for two completely different horror experiences.
