Square Enix announced turn-based RPG remake Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven is now available for Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC via Microsoft Store. Xbox Series X|S and PC gamers can purchase the remake with a limited-time 30% discount through October 8.
Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven features more than 30 different character classes. Each class has its own unique characteristics with different proficiencies for weapons and spells. In addition, the game features a “free form scenario” that lets players progress differently based on the decisions they’ve made.
Final Weapon reviewed Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven and gave it a 4.5/5 score, noting that the game is “a remake done with the utmost respect to the original, featuring modern accommodations that increase the ease of play while not diminishing the experience. Battles are strategic and fast-paced with many variables to consider from formations to character customization.”
Lastly, Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven is available now for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. The Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven demo is available in the Nintendo eShop, PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, and Steam marketplace, allowing players to try the game for free. Save data from the demo is transferrable to the full game.
