SEGA has shared a new NGS Headline WAVE program for Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis, confirming new updates that will release in October 2025. Some of the new additions include a new player enhancement system, a limited-time event, a new mini episode, and more.
The major new features include EX Style, a new player enhancement system. This will allow players to strengthen their character by selecting a “Style” from multiple available options, similar to choosing a Main or Sub-Class. Three different styles will be available in this update. There’s also a new C/Tera Triyal augment, a new face option called Faltek, a new mini-episode, and the crimson realm. Most of these features will be available on October 1.
