The official website for the upcoming anime adaptation of Suisei’s There Was a Cute Girl in the Hero’s Party, So I Tried Confessing to Her (Yūsha Party ni Kawaii Ko ga Itanode, Kokuhaku Shite Mita) light novel revealed two new cast members.
The new cast members include:
- Ryōhei Kimura as Yūga
- Yūko Natsuyoshi as Mikana
The anime will air in 2026 and will be streamed exclusively on Crunchyroll.
Previously announced cast members include Kōhei Amasaki as Yōki and Kana Hanazawa as Cecilia. Yasutaka Yamamoto is the chief director of the There was a Cute Girl in the Hero’s Party, so I Tried Confessing to Her anime at animation studio Gekkou. Tomonori Mine is the director, Yukie Sugawara is writing and overseeing the series scripts, and Mina Ōsawa is the animation character designer.
Additionally, Satoru Kōsaki and MONACA are composing the music, and Ryō Aizawa is the producer at Starry Cube. Kairi, the author of the There was a Cute Girl in the Hero’s Party, so I Tried Confessing to Her manga, is credited for the original work of the anime.
