The staff of the TV anime adaptation of Makoto Kudo’s My Awkward Senpai manga confirmed the anime will premiere on October 2 on Tokyo MX at 10:00 p.m. JST (9:00 a.m. EDT and BS NTV at 11:00 p.m. JST. My Awkward Senpai will also stream on U-NEXT and Anime Hōdai in Japan, followed by AT-X channel on October 3 and other streaming services on October 6.
The cast of the anime includes:

angela performs the opening theme song “Bukiyō na I love you (The Awkward I love you).”
