The official New York Comic Con 2025 lineup of programming confirms that a 90-minute Capcom Presents panel will be held on October 10 at 3:45 p.m. ET to showcase “all of Capcom’s recent and upcoming releases,” as reported by Entertainment Weekly.
Before New York Comic Con 2025, Capcom will exhibit its games at PAX West 2025, which includes the first US public hands-on demos for Resident Evil Requiem, Onimusha: Way of the Sword, and PRAGMATA. At PAX West 2025, fans can also attend the Capcom Presents Panel on Sunday, August 31 at 2:00 p.m. PDT at the Main Theatre at the Seattle Convention Center.
At Summer Game Fest 2025, Capcom revealed Resident Evil Requiem as the ninth game in the mainline Resident Evil franchise. Resident Evil Requiem will release on February 27, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Final Weapon had the opportunity to experience hands-off gameplay of Resident Evil Requiem at Summer Game Fest.
In Resident Evil Requiem, protagonist Grace Ashcroft, an employee of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, is set to journey back to where it all began: Raccoon City. Players will have the choice to choose between first and third-person perspectives, which will allow for two completely different horror experiences.
During Summer Game Fest 2025, Capcom also revealed Pragmata will release in 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Final Weapon had the opportunity to preview Pragmata at Summer Game Fest as well.
Lastly, Onimusha: Way of the Sword takes place in Kyoto during the early Edo period. In this time of relative peace for Japan, Malice has befallen the ancient city. Onimusha: Way of the Sword will release in 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
