Capcom updated its Platinum Titles sales figures as of June 30, 2025, highlighting several games that have crossed the one million mark. Some of the most notable updates include Devil May Cry 5 and Monster Hunter Wilds both reaching 10.5 million copies sold individually.

- Monster Hunter Rise – 17.5 million units
- Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak – 10.2 million units
- Monster Hunter Wilds – 10.5 million units
- Resident Evil 2 remake – 15.8 million units
- Resident Evil 3 remake – 10.2 million units
- Monster Hunter: World – 21.7 million units
- Monster Hunter World: Iceborne – 15.4 million units
- Dragon’s Dogma II – 3.8 million units

Previously, Capcom released its first quarter report for fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, confirming that the Devil May Cry series experienced a sales boom thanks to the Netflix series. From April 1 to June 30, Devil May Cry 5 sold 1.782 million copies (including Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition), Devil May Cry HD Collection sold 594,000 copies, and Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition sold 495,000 copies in the first quarter, according to the sales report.
Devil May Cry Season 2 is now in the works, and the official Season 1 soundtrack is out now. The soundtrack features the previously released “Afterlife” track by Evanescence, along with hits from the 2000s and a “redacted” track by Green Day.
The Devil May Cry animated series premiered on April 3 on Netflix. Limp Bizkit’s “Rollin'” is the opening theme song. Studio Mir and Adi Shankar produced the eight-episode first season, and the series will have multiple seasons.
