During the ONE PIECE DAY ’25 event, Bandai Namco revealed the DLC characters that will be part of One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 Character Pack 7 and 8. These characters were determined via the results of a user survey that opened this past February.
One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 Character Pack 7 will feature CP0 Rob Lucci and two other DLC characters that will be revealed at a later date, along with character costumes. Eneru, King, and Z were also revealed as the winning characters of the survey, which will release with Character Pack 8. Character Pack 7 will release in fall 2025, followed by Character Pack 8 in early 2026. Character Pass 3 will be released on August 11 with Shanks’ Divine Departure move as a bonus.

The One Piece anime is airing on an evening timeslot, with new episodes premiering at 11:15 p.m. JST on Saturdays on Fuji TV and affiliate channels. Subaru Kimura took over the role of Franky in the One Piece anime. He replaces longtime voice actor Kazuki Yao.
Lastly, One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 is available now for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions are coming soon with all DLC characters and missions released so far. This means that it will be nearly identical to the previously released One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 Ultimate Edition.
