Arc System Works, Bushiroad Games and Eighting released the version 1.0.6 update for Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact on PlayStation 5 and PC (Steam) with optimizations to online play. Specifically, Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact update 1.0.6 addresses an issue where an excessive number of rollback frames were being generated. More updates are planned to release over time with further improvements.
The patch notes read, “Optimization of processes and adjustment of data processing volume to address an issue identified in certain network environments, where an excessive number of rollback frames were being generated.”
The recent Season Pass trailer teased Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact DLC characters Phinks Magcub, Shizuku Murasaki and Zeno Zoldyck. Neferpitou is the first Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact DLC character launching this fall, followed by Phinks Magcub in winter 2025, Shizuku Murasaki in spring 2026, and Zeno Zoldyck in summer 2026.
Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact is available now for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. Players can choose from Standard, Deluxe, and Limited Editions of the game. The Standard Edition will have a digital and physical version. However, the Deluxe Edition will only have a digital version, and the Limited Edition will only have a physical version.
What’s more, a free Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact demo is now also available now for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. The Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact demo features playable characters Gon, Killua, Leorio, Kurapika, Hisoka, and Netero, and Battle and Training modes are accessible.
