Crunchyroll has announced that both Rascal Does Not Dream of a Sister Venturing Out and Rascal Does Not Dream of a Knapsack Kid will be heading to the streaming platform on Saturday, August 2. Both Rascal Does Not Dream films will be available to watch in English (dub) or Japanese (sub).
Additionally, the new Rascal Does Not Dream of Santa Claus is streaming on Crunchyroll. The English dub of the ongoing anime premiered on July 26. Conton Candy performs the opening theme song “Snowdrop.” The voice cast members for Uzuki Hirokawa, Ikumi Akagi, Sara Himeji, and Tōko Kirishima perform the ending theme song “Suiheisen wa Boku no Furukizu (The Horizon Is My Old Wound).”
Rascal Does Not Dream of a Knapsack Kid was released on Blu-ray in English on December 10, 2024. The original 12-episode TV series and two prior films are now available to purchase at Crunchyroll Store.
