Konami announced a Suikoden Live broadcast will be held on August 5 at 4:00 a.m. PDT / 7:00 a.m. EDT, and fans around the world can watch on YouTube. The August 5 Suikoden Live broadcast will run for an hour and 30 minutes, and it will feature new information about the series.
Suikoden: Star Leap is coming soon to Android, iOS, and PC via Steam. The new Suikoden: Star Leap game features gacha elements and events, but the new title retains the Suikoden franchise’s signature combat system. Out of 108 stars, players can assemble a “dream team” of their favorite Suikoden heroes for battle.
Aki Shimizu, the manga author for the Suikoden III manga, returns to work on an official Suikoden: Star Leap manga series. Shimizu is also currently working on The Mononoke Lecture Logs of Chuzenji-sensei series, with 11 volumes released in Japan as of March 7, 2025. The Mononoke Lecture Logs of Chuzenji-sensei also received an anime adaptation.
The latest entry in the series, Suikoden I & II HD Remaster Gate Rune and Dunan Unification Wars, came to Nintendo Switch 2 on launch day, June 5. As previously announced, Suikoden I & II HD Remaster Gate Rune and Dunan Unification Wars is a game-key card title, meaning the physical game card doesn’t contain game data and data must downloaded via the internet once inserted the first time into the system.
Lastly, Suikoden I & II HD Remaster Gate Rune and Dunan Unification Wars first launched on March 6 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
