    Street Fighter Film Confirms New Cast Members

    Additionally, roles for previously confirmed cast members have been revealed.

    A new article from The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed new cast members for the upcoming Street Fighter film adaptation. It has also revealed who the previously announced cast will be depicting. 

    The cast of the new Street Fighter film includes the following:

    • Andrew Koji (Warrior, Bullet Train) as Ryu
    • Noah Centineo (Black Adam, The Recruit) as Ken
    • Leati Joseph Anoa’i (WWE Superstar Roman Reigns) as Akuma
    • Jason Momoa (Aquaman, A Minecraft Movie, Supergirl) as Blanka
    • Callina Liang (Presence) as Chun-Li
    • Orville Peck as Vega
    • Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson as Balrog
    • Andrew Schulz as Dan Hibiki

    Sony attached Kitao Sakurai (Bad Trip, The Eric Andre Show) to be the director of the film. Before it, Talk To Me filmmakers Danny and Michael Philippou, also jointly known as RackaRacka, were the directors before departing the project. As of now, Kitao will still direct the project. 

    Street Fighter 6, the most recent entry in the Street Fighter series, is available now on the Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4/5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The most recent DLC character, Elena, is also available. Further, she is included with the “Years 1-2 Fighters Edition” of Street Fighter 6, which will include 26 playable characters. 

    The next DLC character, Sagat, will release on August 5. Moreover, Outfit 4 will be available alongside the Sagat update for Street Fighter 6 on August 5. Cammy, Luke, Chun-Li, Jamie, Manon, AKI, and Kimberly will receive the new outfits. Sagat will be joined by C. Viper, Alex, and Ingrid in Street Fighter 6 in Season 3. The new Street Fighter Season 3 characters will be released in the following order:

    • Sagat – August 5
    • C. Viper – Autumn 2025
    • Alex – Early Spring 2026
    • Ingrid – Late Spring 2026
