Chapter 23 of Boruto Two Blue Vortex is once again another great Boruto chapter that leaves you wanting more. It also confirmed my predictions of how things would turn out. While we must wait another month for the next chapter, let’s discuss what happened within Boruto Two Blue Vortex chapter 23 and what we can expect in chapter 24.
Boruto Two Blue Vortex chapter 23 starts with Konohamaru meeting up with Mitsuki. Both of them catch up on what’s been going on with each squad, and we learn that Araya left carrying Yodo and Ryu’s Thorn Bulb to arrive to Shinki’s tree location. While Konohamaru shares his condolences to Yodo, he urges Mitsuki that they have to rush to the area where they met up with the Sand Ninja, according to Boruto’s instructions. Both of them are unclear as to why they have to do so, but Boruto saved Konohamaru’s life and seems to have a plan to save everyone. Trusting Boruto is the only option they have at the moment.
Boruto Is Cooking up a Plan in Boruto Two Blue Vortex Chapter 23 (Spoilers Ahead)
Boruto and Jura are engaged in serious combat, with Boruto struggling to land anything meaningful on him. No matter what Boruto does, Jura just seems to eat it up, and Boruto just gets more sluggish. As this is happening, Eida is spectating, and it’s too much for her to watch anymore. Kashin Koji is stressed out as well, but something suddenly happens that changes everything.
Koji enters an unconscious state, where he stumbles upon a new possibility that reveals Himawari, Inojin, Jura, and a fallen Boruto. Right afterward, Kawaki enters the battlefield and stabs Jura in the head. It appears that because Koji wasn’t aware that Kawaki would be involved, this unlocked a new possibility of how the battle could turn out. That’s not all though, as we also see Delta pull up at Konohamaru and Mitsuki’s location, happy to see that they are safe. With so much happening in these few moments, it looks like Boruto and Kawaki will be fighting together to take down Jura.
What Could Be Next?
Now, there’s quite a bit we can gather about what could happen in the next chapter based on Koji’s newly discovered possibility scene. First off, if you look really closely on the panel with Himawari and Jura, you can see that Inojin is at the top. He looks like he has his eyes closed, so this might mean he is using the Yamanaka clan’s mind communication technique to help talk with Boruto and others throughout the fight?
Himawari seems to have some involvement too, since she also appears in the panel. I’m not entirely sure what could happen with her, but Delta is definitely going to aid Konohamaru and Mitsuki in the next chapter. Whatever happens in Boruto Two Blue Vortex chapter 24, I just know it’s gonna be another banger of a read.
