Crunchyroll announced the Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Hidden Inventory / Premature Death compilation film will be screened internationally in select territories, including France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Latin America and Australia. The anime will be screened in theaters in Japanese with subtitles and dubbed formats this summer, according to Crunchyroll’s blog post.
The Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Hidden Inventory / Premature Death compilation film premiered first on May 30 in theaters in Japan. GKIDS will screen the movie starting July 16 in US theaters. Like the Crunchyroll screenings, GKIDS will screen the movie with film will screen in Japanese with subtitles and dubbed formats.
Tatsuya Kitani will perform an acoustic arrangement of the arc’s opening theme song “Ao no Sumika (Where Our Blue Is).” Moreover, the Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Hidden Inventory / Premature Death compilation film will feature a new mini anime titled “Juju Stroll.” The mini anime stars Satoru Gojō, Suguru Getō, and Shoko Ieiri from Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2.
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 – Shibuya Incident Arc is complete, with all episodes now available to stream on Crunchyroll. All 24 episodes of the first season and the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 movie are available to stream on the service as well. Moreover, Jujutsu Kaisen Culling Game, the third season of the anime, is currently in the works. Studio MAPPA will return to animate the third season.
Gege Akutami launched the Jujutsu Kaisen manga in Weekly Shonen Jump in March 2018, and 30 volumes have been published. The final volume had 16 pages of additional content with four epilogues that focusing on Yūko Ozawa, Uraume, Nobara Kugisaki, and Panda. VIZ Media distributes the manga digitally and physically in the west, and Shueisha also publishes the manga on Manga Plus.
