    Kaiju No. 8 Season 2 Premieres July 19, New Key Visual Revealed

    The official website for Kaiju No. 8 Season 2 was updated, confirming that the anime will premiere on July 19 on TV Tokyo and affiliated channels at 11:00 p.m. JST / 10:00 a.m. EDT. It will also air on X (formerly Twitter) worldwide as it airs in Japan.

    Moreover, the original Kaiju No. 8 side story episode “Hoshina’s Day Off” will air on Japanese TV, including TV Tokyo and affiliated channels, and X on July 5 at 11:00 p.m. JST / 10:00 a.m. EDT.  Yūto Tsukuda is the writer for the compilation film’s new episode, and Yuichiro Kido is the scriptwriter. OneRepublic performs the ending theme song “Invincible.”

    What’s more, the Kaiju No. 8 Season 2 anime anime will stream worldwide on Crunchyroll. As previously announced, Kōki Uchiyama joins the anime series as Gen Harumi in the second season.
