Currently, there are no plans for a port of The Hundred Line: Last Defense Academy to PlayStation 5 or other platforms. According to Kodaka, there were constraints in manpower and funding for the game, and ports to other platforms would be costly. Instead, the team aims to allocate resources toward adding more languages to The Hundred Line: Last Defense Academy and enhancing gameplay features.
Nintendo Switch and PC players can already try out The Hundred Line: Last Defense Academy in a free demo. The demo covers the game’s prologue up to “the 7th day out of 100 days.” Save data transfers over to the full game, which is available now for $59.99. A Digital Deluxe Edition is also available for $69.99, and a physical Limited Edition is available for $99.99.
