Street Fighter 6 will premiere the Elena trailer on April 24 at 7:00 P.M. EST. Fans who want to be notified when the trailer releases can go to the official YouTube link and select the “Notify Me” icon.
The Year 2 DLC character Elena launches on June 5 alongside the Nintendo Switch 2 version of the fighting game. Elena will be included with the “Years 1-2 Fighters Edition” of Street Fighter 6, which includes 26 playable characters.

Moreover, retailers like Walmart, Best Buy, and GameStop have updated prices for the upcoming Street Fighter 6 amiibo, which now received a $10 increase. The increase is likely due to the ongoing and evolving tariffs situation between the US and China. Going forward, the new Street Fighter 6 amiibo for Luke, Jamie, and Kimberly will cost $39.99 each.
On Nintendo Switch 2, Street Fighter 6 will feature a new Local Wireless mode, allowing for local play between users with the system. Local Wireless also features Avatar Matches, allowing players to use their custom avatar from World Tour.
What’s more, the Nintendo Switch 2 version supports tabletop mode with single Joy-Con play, Gyro Battle using dynamic motion controls, and Calorie Contest Mode, which allows players to test their strength and endurance with exercises.
Additionally, Street Fighter 6 is giving out a free Terry and Mai EX2 color on April 23 to celebrate Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves‘ release on April 24. Alongside these colors, players will receive other items via the in-game news at 8 A.M. PT.
Lastly, Street Fighter 6 will be one of the main games at EVO 2025 alongside Tekken 8, Guilty Gear Strive, Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising, Under Night In-Birth II Sys:Celes, Mortal Kombat 1, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, and Marvel vs Capcom 2. EVO 2025 will run from August 1 to 3 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Street Fighter 6 is available now on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC via Steam, and Xbox Series X|S, and Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves will be available on those same platforms on April 24.
