During Suikoden Live Broadcast, Konami announced pre-orders for Good Smile Company’s Suikoden I Hero Nendoroid will open on March 6. Fans can pre-order the Suikoden I Hero Nendoroid figure at the Good Smile US shop.
Fans can also look forward to Suikoden: Star Leap, a brand-new mobile RPG set in the same world as past Suikoden games. The game is set between the events of Suikoden V and the original Suikoden, following the story of Hero (CV: Tomohiro Ono), his father Hou (CV: Akio Otsuka), and maid servant Hisui (CV: Hika Tsukishiro).
There will be gacha elements and events, but Suikoden: Star Leap plays very similarly as an RPG to previous games in the series. Players can assemble a “dream team” of their favorite Suikoden heroes for battle. Kaho Nakamura sings the game’s theme song “Campanula.” A release date for the mobile game was not announced.
Moreover, Konami announced Suikoden: The Anime, which is an anime adaptation of Suikoden II. Suikoden: The Anime will be the first anime series directly handled by Konami Animation. A premiere date was not announced.
Lastly, Suikoden I & II HD Remaster Gate Rune and Dunan Unification Wars launches March 6 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
