Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves Will Receive a Second Open Beta Test

Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves producer Yasuyuki Oda confirmed that the development team is arranging the second Open Beta Test. While no other information was provided, the team will make an official announcement when the second Open Beta is close to release.

 

The first Open Beta Test recently ended, and many fans, including us here at Final Weapon, had the chance to give our impressions of it. If you participated in this recent beta, be sure to send your feedback to the developers in the feedback form below:

The developers will consider the feedback from this form and improve the quality of the second Open Beta Test for Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves.

At launch, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves will feature 17 playable characters at launch, with five additional characters arriving with Season Pass 1, including Ken and Chun-Li from Street Fighter. A Cristiano Ronaldo collaboration has also been teased. Here’s the DLC release schedule for Season Pass 1:

• DLC Character: Ken (Summer 2025)
• DLC Character 3 (Fall 2025)
• DLC Character: Chun-Li (Winter 2025)
• DLC Character 5 (Early 2026)

Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is set to release on April 24, 2025, for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. Physical pre-orders are available now.
