SNK released ACA2NEOGEO The King of Fighters ’98 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. It’s available for $9.99, and PlayStation 4 players who own the ACA NEOGEO version of the game can purchase it for $2.99. For Xbox One owners, the game is available for 70% off the retail price of $9.99.
To clarify, Arcade Archives is Hamster’s series of emulated arcade games from the late 90s all the way to the early 2000s. This series includes SNK arcade titles such as The King of Fighters and Samurai Shodown. They’ve released over 100 arcade and NEOGEO games across PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PC, and Android/iOS.

ACA2 NEOGEO SNK games include both time attack and network modes within them. Furthermore, classic modes such as original, high score, and caravan are still included. Hamster Corporation also wanted to note that players who own the ACA NEOGEO version of a game will get a discount purchase for the ACA2 NEOGEO version.
Also, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is set to feature 17 playable characters at launch, with five additional characters arriving with Season Pass 1. They have all been announced, so check them out below:
