NEXON announced free-to-play fantasy MMORPG Mabinogi is collaborating with the popular Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End anime series until March 6. The collaboration brings two new limited-time events featuring activities, rewards, and content.
Mabinogi players can join Frieren’s party on their journey to Erinn and earn rewards from the Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End collaboration event. These rewards include Special Serie’s Outfit, Special Himmel’s Outfit, and Homestead Clean Status of Himmel the Hero. The Erinn-go-Round event is also back for the collaboration. Roll the dice to earn exclusive rewards and items inspired by the crossover. The window for earning points resets every morning at 7:00 a.m. PST / 10:00 a.m. EST.

After the collaboration ends, Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End volume 14 will ship out on March 18. The volume’s special edition will feature a 24-page short novella titled “Sora ni Hana wo Sakaseru Mahō” (Magic to Make Flowers Bloom in the Sky).”
Mei Hachimoku is the author of the new Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End short novella. Hachimoku previously wrote the Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End the Novel ~Prelude~ novel. Manga illustrator Tsukasa Abe is contributing three new illustrations to the special edition volume, and it will have a hardcover.
The first cour of Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End premiered on September 29, 2023, and ran until the end of the second cour of Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End on March 22, 2024. Frieren’s Mini Anime Magic of ?? episodes released periodically during the first season. Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Season 2 is expected to premiere in 2025.
