In order the pass safely, Neva uses an old Namekian spell to take down the shield for the first time in ages. He explained that in the past, demons would often travel between the worlds, but the constant intermingling eventually lead to the Namekians leaving to the Demon Realm entirely.

Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, and Glorio are going to have to fight their way through waves of Gendarmerie and finally assess their surroundings in the First Demon World. It’s only a matter of time before they eventually have to face Dr. Arinsu, the Majins, and the whimsical Gendarmerie Force. There’s going to be a lot of fights ahead, but the preview for episode 15 did show there’s more to the story than that.
It appears that Dabura may be making a return in episode 15, or there could be a flashback scene where he plays a vital role in the story. Dabura could have been revived during the Dragon Ball wishes used to restore Majin Buu’s victims in Dragon Ball Z, so he could be back to retake the throne.
