SNK Corporation announced the opening of KOF Studio, the studio that will “carry on the storied legacy” of fighting game IPs like The King of Fighters, Fatal Fury, and Samurai Shodown. The announcement was made to celebrate the 30th anniversary of The King of Fighters franchise.

KOF Studio will proudly carry on the storied legacy of our iconic fighting game IPs while driving their evolution well into the future.

SNK’s next fighting game release is The King of Fighters XIII: Global Match for PC via Steam on February 20, 2025. It first launched back on November 16, 2023 for both Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4. All three versions include rollback netcode, spectator mode, and improved online features.
The next major release from SNK is Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves on April 24, 2025 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
