Arc System Works and Eighting announced Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact will release in summer 2025 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam.
Previously, Arc System Works released a notice to confirm fans that Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact has been delayed to 2025. The developers noted that the game was delayed in order to implement rollback netcode, as they originally planned to ship the game with delay-based netcode. When Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact launches in summer 2025, fans can expect smooth online matches, regardless of region they play in.
The latest trailer for Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact revealed Morel as a playable character. He’s known as the Single-Star Sea Hunter and one of the members of the Chimera Ant Extermination Team. Morel uses a giant smoking pipe and smoke projectiles to attack his opponents.
Hunter X Hunter: Nen X Impact will launch with 16 characters:

Also, Jump Festa 2025 will feature a trial version of Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact. The event will take place from December 21 to 22, 2024, at the Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall in Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture, Japan.
Hunter X Hunter: Nen X Impact will launch with 16 characters. Eighting, the developers of DNF Duel and Marvel vs Capcom 3, are lending their expertise in the genre for this new game. Their other titles include the series of Naruto: Clash of Ninja, Bleach: Heat the Soul, and Tatsunoko vs Capcom.
