HoYoverse has launched Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.3 “Virtual Revenge” on PlayStation 5, mobile, and PC today with a plethora of new content. In addition, patch notes for Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.3 were published here, so players can read up on all of the changes and additions made with the update.
In Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.3, players are commissioned by the Hollow Investigative Association with Tsukishiro Yanagi and other members of Section 6, a dedicated elite unit that responds to Hollow disasters. The celebration of Settlement Days at the Outer Ring also begins, so players will explore this festive atmosphere with Lighter. The update also brings special episodes for Yanagi and Lighter, along with the main story.
Yanagi is an S-level Electric Anomaly Agent that can rapidly accumulate Anomaly Buildup on enemies and increase her team’s Disorder damage. With a Naginata in her hand, Yanagi’s EX Special Attack unleashes extra Polarity Disorder to deal more damage. On the other hand, Lighter is a S-level Fire Stun Agent that racks up Morale, lowers Ice and Fire Resistances on enemies, and stuns them with a flurry of punches. Players can also expect the new A-level Bangboo Baddieboo and Knightboo.
Moreover, The Mystery of Arpeggio Fault and Simulated Battle Trial are new content additions in Version 1.3. Firstly, The Mystery of Arpeggio Fault is a roguelike activity with five chapters, each generating random environments with random Resonia and resources on the TV board. Complete challenges to earn a variety of rewards, including Knightboo. The Simulated Battle Trial tower offers rewards as well, including Polychromes and Badges.
