Viz Media has released the infamous Uzumaki anime on digital storefronts. This includes Amazon Prime, iTunes Store, the Microsoft Store, VUDU, and Google Play. The series premiered on September 22 after being delayed countless times. Only four episodes aired for the mini-series. While the first episode was well-rated, subsequent episodes were panned due to a lower animation quality and rushed production.

Junji Ito built a cult following through his incredible works like Tomie and Uzumaki. His works have also inspired games such as WORLD OF HORROR. Moreover, Ito’s most recent work includes Tomie: Control, a one-shot manga released this past April in the Nemuki+ magazine. Tomie: Control is not available in English officially.
