    Red Dead Redemption Coming to PC on October 29

    After fourteen years, the wait is finally over.

    Rockstar Games has finally announced that Red Dead Redemption will be available on PC on October 29. It will also include the expansion, Undead Nightmare. Rockstar Games describes the upgrades as follows:

    “In collaboration with Double Eleven, this new version adds PC-specific enhancements including native 4K resolution at up to 144hz on compatible hardware, monitor support for both Ultrawide (21:9) and Super Ultrawide (32:9), HDR10 support, and full keyboard and mouse functionality.

    There’s also support for NVIDIA DLSS 3.7 and AMD FSR 3.0 upscaling technologies, NVIDIA DLSS Frame Generation, adjustable draw distances, shadow quality settings, and more.”

    Rockstar Games released Red Dead Redemption on the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in August 2023. Red Dead Redemption initially released in 2010 on Xbox and PlayStation. While Red Dead Redemption 2 is available on PC, it’s predecessor previously wasn’t. For the first time, Red Dead Redemption will be available for PC after fourteen years of waiting.

    Red Dead Redemption is available now on the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. The game costs $49.99 on both consoles.
