SEGA and ATLUS released a new demo playthrough video for Metaphor: ReFantazio, where NieR series creator Yoko Taro tries the new fantasy RPG out. Somehow, two Yoko Taros are sitting in ATLUS’ office.

A demo of Metaphor: ReFantazio will be playable at Tokyo Game Show 2024, which runs from September 26 to 29 at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan. Moreover, the SEGA / ATLUS Special Program at Tokyo Game Show 2024 will reveal new information on upcoming games from the companies. Freelance announcer Saya Hiyama will host the show with voice actor Daisuke Namikawa (Yu Narukami in the Persona 4 series) The show will be held on September 27 from 19:00 to 21:00 JST.
Metaphor: ReFantazio will launch on October 11 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Windows (Microsoft Store).
