Player First Games revealed the MultiVersus gameplay trailer for the Powerpuff Girls. The iconic trio will release on September 17 as DLC characters. Additionally, DC Super Hero and new Queen of The Amazons, Nubia, will release at a later date. Both the Powerpuff Girls and Nubia are a part of the “Season 3: Sugar, Spice, and Everything Nice” pass.
In MultiVersus, the Powerpuff Girls are an Assassin class character that takes turns as the leader to put their own spin on special moves. Moreover, the character variants for the girls are Rowdyruff Boys and Dynamo Suits. Finally, two new maps are arriving which showcase the battle-torn City of Townsville and Midnight Showing from Gremlins (1984).

MultiVersus is a free-to-play platform fighter featuring an all-star cast of iconic characters. It invites players into an expansive universe where iconic characters from different realms collide. In this free-to-play game, players can engage in intense 2v2 battles, choosing from many characters like Batman, Shaggy, LeBron James, and Rick and Morty. Beetlejuice is the recent inclusion to the game after Samurai Jack.
Moreover, each character has unique abilities that dynamically complement one another. There are also maps for each character, such as Batman’s Batcave and the Treefort of Jake and Finn. Furthermore, MultiVersus offers a variety of play modes, including 1v1 duels and a 4-Player Free For All.
MultiVersus is available now for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
