The Mafia franchise Twitter/X account has announced that Mafia: The Old Country will offer Sicilian voice acting as an option for players. Additionally, it will also feature Italian language localization for both in-game UI and subtitles.

2K has announced that Mafia: The Old Country will feature authentic voice acting in Sicilian upon release. The option is meant to fall in line with the game’s setting of 1900s Sicily. The announcement post states the following: “Authenticity is at the heart of the Mafia franchise, and Mafia: The Old Country will offer voice acting in Sicilian, inline with the game’s setting in 1900s Sicily. Additionally, Italian language localization will be available for both in-game UI and via subtitles.”
