The official website for the Suicide Squad ISEKAI anime has announced that a webtoon adaptation will release on August 25. The anime thus far is available to watch on Max.
The Suicide Squad, or Task Force X as they’re sometimes called, are a beloved team of villains. The government gives these villains the task of saving the world. In exchange, the government gives them reduced prison sentences. However, unlike the traditional Justice League, their lives are expendable, hence their title. In the past decades, Warner Bros. has released two film adaptations, alongside a video game adaptation, and a TV show based on one member, Peacemaker, available on the Max streaming service. Further, NetherRealm Studios added Peacemaker to Mortal Kombat 1.
Suicide Squad Isekai Announces Webtoon, Releasing on August 25
The official website for Suicide Squad ISEKAI has confirmed that the series will be adapted into a webtoon. The adaptation will be available on August 25 on both Jump TOON and LINE MANGA. The upcoming webtoon is described as follows:
