Bandai Namco released the new Android Saga trailer for Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO, revealing several playable characters. These characters range from Mecha Frieza at the beginning of the arc to Perfect Cell at the very end.
The Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO Android Saga trailer reveals the following characters:

- Mecha Frieza

- Dr. Gero
- Android 19
- Android 17
- Android 18
- Android 16
- Piccolo (Fused with Kami)
- Cell 1st Form
- Cell 2nd Form
- Cell (Perfect Form)
- Cell Jr.
- Gohan (Teen, Super Saiyan)
- Gohan (Teen, Super Saiyan 2)
- Perfect Cell

The previous trailer revealed several Saiyan Saga and Namek Saga characters for the the main Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO roster. These characters include Saibamen, Chiaotzu, Cui, and the many forms of Frieza.
In Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO, players may choose among eight characters in Episode Battles and relive their stories. Players may create, play, and share their newly created scenarios with other players around the world in Custom Battles. Local Multiplayer lets players enjoy matches together within the Hyperbolic Time Chamber stage.

Pre-orders for Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO are available now for $69.99 with six character early unlocks for Gogeta, Gogeta (Super Saiyan), Gogeta (Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan), Broly (Dragon Ball Super), Broly (Dragon Ball Super, Super Saiyan), and Broly (Dragon Ball Super, Super Saiyan Full Power).
A mystery playable character is also included as a special pre-order bonus. Product listings reveal that the game will receive 20+ playable characters from Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero and Dragon Ball Daima.
Lastly, Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO will release on October 11 worldwide for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
