Netflix has released a new staff interview with WIT Studio, the creators of the upcoming The One Piece remake. The full list of developers for the upcoming series has also been revealed.
The incredible story of One Piece expands different forms of media such as the live-action Netflix series, the ongoing anime and manga, and various video games, including One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4. The One Piece anime recently had its Egghead arc. The recent remake news is courtesy of the recent The One Piece Day 2024 livestream.
The One Piece Staff for WIT Studio Remake Revealed, New Interview Released
Netflix recently released a interview with the staff of the upcoming The One Piece remake from WIT Studio. The staff includes Masashi Koizuka is the director, who previously worked on Attack on Titan. It also features Hideaki Abe as the assistant director, Kyoji Asano and Takatoshi Honda as the character designers, Yasuhiro Kajino as the creature designer, Eri Taguchi as lead prop designer, Taku Kishimoto is in charge of series’ scripts, Ken Imaizumi and Shuhei Fukuda as the action animators, Tomonori Kuroda as the art director, and Ryōma Kawamura as the animation producer.

New episodes of One Piece air on Sundays at 9:30 a.m. JST on Fuji TV in Japan. Crunchyroll is simulcasting the One Piece anime on Saturdays at around 10:00 p.m. EDT with Japanese audio and English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese subtitles. Moreover, Crunchyroll periodically releases batches of episodes with the English dub.
