Tekken 8 revealed the patch notes for the upcoming update 1.06.02 on the Japanese Tekken website. This new update will include adjustments to some of Lidia’s moves and new items added to the TEKKEN SHOP. Expect the patch to release on August 6 at 10:30 JST, 3:30 CEST, and 18:30 PDT.

Additionally, Bandai Namco recently unveiled the roadmap for the rest of season 1 for Tekken 8. Many free updates will arrive throughout the year, and brand-new characters will also be introduced. The incoming DLC character Heihachi Mishima arrives in autumn of this year, so stay tuned. Moreover, Players can expect a new chapter of The Dark Awakens storyline in Tekken 8, via a free update. According to a new IGN interview with Katsuhiro Harada and Kohei Ikeda, the new chapter will continue the clash between the Kazama and Mishima families.
