SEGA and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio have released the digital Yakuza and Like a Dragon Starter Packs on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and GOG. These Starter Packs let players save on the first two games in the Yakuza and Like a Dragon series, starring Kazuma Kiryu and Ichiban Kasuga respectively.
Firstly, the Yakuza Series Starter Pack features Yakuza Kiwami and Yakuza Kiwami 2, allowing players to experience the first two games in the series that star Kazuma Kiryu as the protagonist. This bundle costs $29.99 in the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, Steam, and GOG storefronts.
The Like a Dragon Series Starter Pack includes Yakuza: Like a Dragon and Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, the first two games in the series starring Ichiban Kasuga. This bundle costs $79.99 in the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, and Steam storefronts.
The Yakuza Complete Series Bundle is also available now in the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, Steam, and GOG storefronts for $109.99. This bundle includes all seven Yakuza titles, from Yakuza 0 to Yakuza 6: The Song of Life.
Like a Dragon is one of SEGA’s biggest properties. Earlier this year, the eighth mainline installment, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, released with Ichiban Kasuga and Kazuma Kiryu as protagonists. Final Weapon’s 5/5 review, we stated the game “is a grand, momentous adventure that sees players control both of the series protagonists in a story that ultimately shapes the future of Like a Dragon.”
The next Like a Dragon game is currently in development, and the next reveal from RGG Studio will happen at Tokyo Game Show 2024.
