The Production I.G. x WIT x Signal.MD panel at Anime Expo 2024 revealed the English dub cast for the upcoming Uzumaki four-episode anime series. The new anime adaptation of Junji Ito’s iconic manga will premiere in 2024 on Adult Swim’s Toonami programming block.
The English dub cast of Uzumaki includes:
- Abby Trott as Kirie Goshima
- Robbie Daymond as Shuichi Saito
- Cristina Vee as Azami Kurotani
- Doug Stone as Kirie’s father
- Aaron LaPlante as Shuichi’s father
- Mona Marshall as Shuichi’s mother
- Max Mittelman as Katayama
Junji Ito built a cult following through his incredible works like Tomie and Uzumaki. His works have also inspired games such as WORLD OF HORROR. Moreover, Ito’s most recent work includes Tomie: Control, a one-shot manga released this past April in the Nemuki+ magazine. Tomie: Control is not available in English officially.
