In a now-deleted post on Twitter, XSEED Games have accidentally leaked that Falcom’s Ys Memoire: The Oath in Felghana will receive an English release. Ys Memoire: The Oath in Felghana is the “secret title” that XSEED Games teased for its Anime Expo 2024 lineup, and it will be playable at the company’s booth.
Alongside a Ys Memoire: The Oath in Felghana demo, the XSEED Games and Marvelous Anime Expo 2024 booth will feature demos for Potionomics: Masterwork Edition, Corpse Party II: Darkness Distortion, and NARUTO: Emblem Battle. Moreover, the booth will feature a themed area for monster farming action RPG Farmagia, featuring photo opportunities. Attendees will also have opportunities to enter themed giveaways for each of the featured XSEED Games and Marvelous games.
Ys Memoire: The Oath in Felghana is available now for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 with Japanese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean language options. The remaster includes “refine” and original versions of the game’s illustrations. Additionally, the remaster includes enhanced sound effects and background music, HD textures, and high-speed mode.
While playing the remaster, players have three in-game BGM sound settings to switch between: the “Original Version” from the PC version of Ys: The Oath in Felghana, the “PC-8801 Version,” and the “X68000 Version.”
