In Elrentaros Wanderings, players will discover secrets about two connected fantasy and reality-based worlds. The protagonist may also build a relationship and fall in love with a partner character similarly to Rune Factory. In Japan, players may experience a brief portion of the game in a free demo.
Elrentaros Wanderings was planned and produced by Yoshifumi Hashimoto, a notable developer who worked on the Story of Seasons, Rune Factory, and Harvest Moon franchises. The new action RPG features illustrations by Shie Nanahara and Minako Iwasaki. Moreover, Tales of and Star Ocean series composer Motoi Sakuraba is Elrentaros Wanderings’ main composer.
Rear Sekai launched on October 12, 2023 for Nintendo Switch in Japan, and the demo version released the month prior on September 25.
