June 2024 has officially begun, and with it, the next iteration of Summer Game Fest is upon us. For the first time in years, we are in a relatively unknown period, with very little information about the games that will release later this year and beyond. What we do know, however, is what events will be present during the upcoming season.

What to Expect from Xbox Games Showcase 2024 and Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Direct
This week, Xbox will hold their annual Xbox Games Showcase. The event will begin on June 9 at 10 AM PDT/1 PM EDT/12 PM CDT. The event will likely last for approximately forty-five minutes to an hour. Immediately after the event, Xbox will air the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Direct. The event will likely focus on both multiplayer and single-player for the upcoming release.
Xbox Games Showcase 2024 Rumored Announcements
The Xbox Games Showcase is said to feature games such as Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, Avowed, and likely more news on Starfield‘s upcoming DLC. Xbox will also likely surprise with many new game announcements, including the rumored DOOM: The Dark Ages and more. Additionally, third-party developers like SEGA and Square Enix are expected to have a presence at the show.
