During Summer Game Fest 2024, Remedy Entertainment has announced that the first DLC for Alan Wake 2, Night Springs, will release on June 8. They’ve also revealed that physical editions will be available this Fall.
Remedy initially released Alan Wake in 2010. The game is the latest entry in “Remedy Entertainment’s Connected Universe.” The franchise includes the first Alan Wake, Quantum Break, and Control. Alan Wake 2 Night Springs DLC Release Date Confirmed, New Trailer Released
During Summer Game Fest 2024, Remedy Entertainment revealed a new trailer for Alan Wake 2‘s first DLC. The DLC, titled Night Springs, will officially release on all consoles on June 8. Physical editions for Alan Wake 2 will be available in Fall 2024. A PlayStation Blog post is now live with new information on the upcoming DLC. Based on the fictional TV show introduced in the first Alan Wake, Night Springs is a Twilight Zone-esque show that works in contrast to the main location of the series, Bright Falls. The upcoming DLC will likely continue to expand the story and world of Alan Wake 2. The DLC will feature three episodes that allow you to play as the waitress, Rose, the Detective, Tim Breaker, and the protagonist of Control, Jesse Faden.
Lastly, Alan Wake 2 is available now on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The game’s first DLC, Night Springs, will release on June 8. Physical editions of Alan Wake 2 will be available in Fall 2024, with pre-orders going live tomorrow. Remedy will reveal more details about the game in the coming months.
