Redfall Reveals Final Set of Updates

The last set of patches as service on Redfall comes to an end.

    Published:

In a recent tweet, the developers of Redfall have announced the game’s final set of updates that will release in the future. The post comes just a week after the announcement that Bethesda has shut down both Tango Gameworks and Arkane Austin, the latter of which developed Redfall.

Over the last few months, several major companies have laid off numerous workers from across their entire gaming divisions. Examples include Microsoft, Bungie, Embracer Group, Behaviour Interactive, Riot Games, Sega, Sony, EA, Take-Two, and more. The recent shut down of both Tango Gameworks and Arkane Austin, among others, was an especially devastating loss in the industry. Unfortunately, the amount of layoffs across the industry will likely increase as the year continues.

Lastly, Redfall is available now on the Xbox Series X|S and PC. Arkane Austin will likely reveal more about the game’s final update in the coming weeks and months.
