TOHO Animation has recently revealed a new trailer for the next My Hero Academia movie, My Hero Academia: You’re Next. The new trailer showcases the film’s main antagonist: Dark Might.
During Jump Festa 2024, TOHO Animation confirmed that My Hero Academia Season 7 will premiere on May 4. A four-episode recap special will precede the movie’s premiere on April 6, catching fans up to speed for the upcoming season. The new movie will air on August 2, just a few months after the season premiere.

TOHO Animation has revealed a new trailer for My Hero Academia: You’re Next. The trailer reveals the film’s main antagonist, Dark Might. Dark Might looks eerily similar to the former #1 hero, All Might. Kenta Miyake, the voice of All Might, will also play the role of Dark Might. Check out the trailer for the film below:
Once more, Kohei Horikoshi serves as character designer and chief supervisor for the film, which follows an original story. BONES will animate the movie, and TOHO will distribute it in Japanese theaters.
The sixth season of My Hero Academia began on October 1, 2022 and ran for two consecutive cours. Fans may stream My Hero Academia: Two Heroes and all six seasons of the My Hero Academia anime on Crunchyroll with English subs and dubs. The other two movies, My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising, and My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission, may be found on Hulu, Max, Amazon Prime Video, and other subscription services.
