SEGA Unveils Sonic the Hedgehog and Angry Birds Collaboration

Stop Dr. Eggman's plans once more.

SEGA and its subsidiary, Rovio, announced a collaboration event between the Sonic the Hedgehog and Angry Birds franchises. The crossover will be held in five mobile games: Angry Birds 2, Angry Birds Dream Blast, Angry Birds Friends, Sonic Forces, and Sonic Dash.

SEGA announced the acquisition of Rovio back in April 2023. According to the company, the acquisition would help SEGA accelerate its growing in the global gaming market and the ever-expanding mobile market. Nearly one year after the acquisition, Sonic and Angry Birds are finally working together.

Players may earn exclusive rewards, playable characters, and so much more through limited-time events being held from March 14 to 21 in Angry Birds 2, Angry Birds Dream Blast, Angry Birds Friends, Sonic Forces, and Sonic Dash
