Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising revealed a new teaser trailer of Beatrix and Vane during the Granblue Fantasy 10th Anniversary livestream. Also, a new Katalina costume was introduced.
Last year, Cygames displayed a DLC roadmap for GBVSR to inform players about what to expect. This roadmap included Lucillius, the latest 2B, and Vane and Beatrix. However, only a picture of them was provided, and no gameplay footage or instructions about their movesets were discussed. That all changes today with the latest information coming from the livestream.
Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising Reveals Vane and Beatrix Gameplay, Alongside New Katalina Costume
Beatrix and Vane are officially joining the GBVSR roster. Cygames provided a sneak peek at their battle intros until they release the full gameplay trailers at a later date. Keep an eye out for those trailers here at Final Weapon.

According to the description, Beatrix appears to be a rushdown character, whereas Vane is a poke-heavy character with extended range.
Vane comes to Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising in early April, and Beatrix arrives in late May. No specific date has been released yet, but stay tuned for more information here at Final Weapon. In addition, players can look forward to a new character coming in August and October of this year. New game modes, minigames, and a bonus story will be released in the future.
Additionally, Katalina will soon have a new costume called Lady Serenity. The outfit will be available to purchase on all platforms starting March 12. It’s also available in the in-game Rupie Shop, so it’s not tied to a battle pass. Players hope this will continue to be a tradition for all costumes going forward.
Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising is available now on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC.
