Capcom’s YouTube channel featured new gameplay footage for Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess. The footage comes from today’s Capcom Highlights showcase.
Like Dragon’s Dogma 2, Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess is another highly anticipated Capcom title this year. This action RPG immerses you into a world rich in Japanese culture and mysticism. While the release date has not been announced, players eagerly await more information on the title. New gameplay footage was revealed today, so here are the details.
Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess Gameplay Footage – The Details



In the gameplay footage for Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess, Capcom introduced characters and explained gameplay mechanics. The world of Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess is set around a mountain called Mount Kafuku. This mountain is infected with defilement, infecting the villagers with monsters called Seethe. Soh, the game’s protagonist, must rescue villagers and purify their villages on Mount Kafuku with Yoshiro, the Maiden.
Additionally, many villagers will assist both Soh and Yoshiro in battle. These villagers have different roles, such as woodcutters, archers, and ascetics. Depending on the conditions of the battle, strategically place various types of villagers in different areas.
Capcom also noted that the game will be available in many languages, such as English, Chinese, Japanese, and French. Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess brings its gameplay to life using the RE ENGINE, which is used in other Capcom games such as Street Fighter 6.
