ATLUS released a new developer message video for Persona 3 Reload and the game’s Expansion Pass, which includes the Episode Aigis -The Answer- DLC. Several new screenshots for the Persona 3 Reload Expansion Pass were revealed as well.
The Persona 3 Reload Expansion Pass was announced on March 6 during Xbox Partner Preview, which was just one in-game day after the most fateful day in the game’s story. The long rumored The Answer DLC is part of the Expansion Pass alongside the Persona 5 Royal EX BGM Set, Persona 4 Golden EX BGM Set, and Velvet Costume & BGM Set.
Persona 3 Reload Developer Message Shares Insight About The Expansion Pass
Persona 3 Reload producer Kazuhisa Wada discusses the Expansion Pass and Episode Aigis -The Answer- DLC, which serves as an epilogue to the main story. In the scenario, Aigis awakens to the power of the Wild, allowing her to use the same Wild Card abilities that the protagonist has access to.
Wada believes the release of Persona 3 Reload would not be complete without Episode Aigis, and the idea to create a remake of the scenario was planned from the beginning. However, “challenging reasons” during the game’s development forced the team to abandon the idea for the release of the game. Although there were many setbacks, the team was given the opportunity to develop Episode Aigis as DLC.

Persona 3 Reload’s release was monumental for the series, as the remake became the fastest-selling ATLUS game in the company’s history. The success of the Persona 5 series, including Persona 5 Royal, is a major contributing factor with a growing worldwide audience. Thus far, the Persona series moved over 22 million copies sold.
