SEGA and ATLUS confirm that the Persona series exceeded a total of 22 million copies sold, following the release of Persona 3 Reload. To commemorate the sales milestone, a new “Promise” trailer for Persona 3 Reload was released.
The release of Persona 3 Reload was monumental for the series, as the remake became the fastest-selling ATLUS game in the company’s history. The success and sales momentum of the Persona 5 series, including Persona 5 Royal, is a major contributing factor with a growing worldwide audience of Persona fans.
Persona Series is Strong at 22 Million in Sales
The future of the Persona series is bright, with 22 million in sales being a strong indicator for high sales for the next Persona entry. Rumors indicate that The Answer scenario will be an upcoming Persona 3 Reload DLC release as well. In the meantime, fans can celebrate the milestone by watching the new Persona 3 Reload “Promise” trailer in English or Japanese.

The physical Persona 3 Reload original soundtrack CD is now available to pre-order in Japan. Fans who purchase the OST receive a Gekkoukan High School ID card, a download code for bonus tracks Burn My Dread -Reload- and Deep Breath Deep Breath -Reincarnation Reload-, and a bonus video for the recording of the soundtrack. The soundtrack will also be available digitally.
The Persona Live Tour 2024 -more ahead- tour will begin in Osaka on May 31, 2024. This tour will mark the first time the Persona concert series has gone to Taiwan, with a special one-night performance happening sometime in fall 2024.
